They will have achieved research breakthroughs, have an independent and innovative research direction, be forward-looking and practical, and be actively cooperating with industry and university research partners to promote key technologies.

The investors must have a high degree of coordination with the investees regarding technology, industry, and business models. These investors will be actively participating in the management of investees and use capital to promote the development of the AI industry.
